About the Interview Process:

Givex moves quickly and follows a process to save time for both parties and will hire upon completion of the steps and when the right candidate is found. The steps include:

  • Online questionnaire (Step 1) - accurately answered (10 minutes)
  • Electronic job specific questionnaire (Step 2)- accurately answered (20 minutes)
  • Interview at Givex office with department VP (1 to 1.5 hours); includes job specific testing/quizzes
  • Telephone interview with HR (30 minutes)
  • Background record check
  • Reference check
